Wendy Kornberg, is first and foremost a mother to two beautiful girls, a legacy regenerative farmer, and KNF expert, and is the CEO and Founder of Sunnabis: Humboldt’s Full Sun Farms, based in Southern Humboldt County. Her legacy farm has produced high-grade, medical cannabis for herself and California patients alike, respectfully tending to their stunning, off-grid location through organic and natural farming methods. She is extremely passionate about providing cannabis with the core value of sustainability, held to the highest degree possible by using environmentally friendly farming methods and respecting the natural rhythms of the plants, animals, and the environment around them.
Over the years, Wendy has been able to research and develop key strategies within the cultivation sector that has become the foundation for her advisory business that caters to large scale grows, helping them become more sustainable and regenerative in their practices. She strives to help other cultivators succeed and believes that more involvement within the political process is critical to that effort, and therefore is a strong advocate for sound regulatory programs and processes that support small farms and businesses alike.
Sharing such critical information and educating others has driven Wendy to work alongside several other legacy farmers and industry experts to create a one of a kind, trade program entitled “Ganjier”, a Cannabis Sommelier Certification Program. This multifaceted certification includes three distinct levels and is available to anyone around the world.
Being of service to her community, both Southern Humboldt County and the greater cannabis community alike, is of the utmost importance.
