Most recently, as President of Follain, a privately held, early-stage clean beauty retailer, Meredith oversaw strategy and operations across digital, brick-and-mortar, and wholesale channels.  In the first year, she led the successful transformation of the digital and physical customer journey through personalization and embedded content, driving +80% YOY growth, improving customer lifetime value by 3x, and creating a cadre of brand loyalists.  She also led the creation of the Follain proprietary product line, advancing the mission of accessible clean beauty and positioning Follain as an important international skincare brand.

Previously, as Vice President of Lifestyle Brands at Wayfair, Meredith founded, built, and led two of the company’s portfolio businesses (Joss & Main, Birch Lane), which each surpassed $250M in revenue in the first 3 years.  In the GM role for each of these businesses, she owned the P&L, and led the full range of disciplines, including customer experience, brand development, digital and print marketing, technology, and merchandising strategy.  Additionally, Meredith served as the executive sponsor on launching several Wayfair initiatives, including Exclusive Brands, Women@Work, and in-house photography production.  Earlier in her career, Meredith worked primarily in merchandising and creative roles, mostly in early stage or founder-led businesses such as Winston Flowers, Magic Beans, and Anthropologie.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from MIT.  She serves as an advisor to several early stage, female-founded businesses, as well as on the executive steering committee for the Wayfund Alumni Syndicate.  She lives in Melrose with her husband and two children, and in her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, and outdoor-focused travel.
