Kim Carter (Formerly Oliver) is presently the Vice President, Special Projects at Partner Colorado Credit Union located in Denver Colorado. She has served in the Credit Union industry since 1978. She was the CEO of HealthONE Federal Credit Union prior to merging into Partner Colorado Credit Union in June of 2013.
Kim worked closely with the CEO of Partner Colorado Credit Union to test and implement a full scope Cannabis Banking Program, known as Safe Harbor Private Banking that has withstood the scrutiny of Federal and State Regulators. She has helped take billions of dollars of cannabis related cash off the streets in Colorado; making communities safer. The beta test for Safe Harbor Private Banking was launched in January of 2015 with 10 test clients and now banks over 400 cannabis related accounts and approximately 40% of the market share in Colorado.
Kim continues to assist Sundie Seefried, a renowned pioneer in cannabis banking, to educate and assist other financial institutions launch cannabis banking programs nationally.
