Keith joined Stillwater brands in 2016 and leads the clinical research programs, innovation and product development at Stillwater Brands and its sister company, Caliper Foods.
Prior to Stillwater brands, Keith worked at Mars/Wrigley for 20 yrs in product development. While at Mars, Keith led in the development, launch, and scale-up of over 50 products, ranging from billion-dollar brands to Health and Nutrition incubators. Keith has authored several patents in the areas of functional foods, beverages and confectionery products.
Keith holds a BS in food science and an MS in analytical chemistry/food science from Rutgers University.
