Specializing in Administrative Law, Davalos has provided consulting to individuals in their relationship with the State. For some years he has been training in the hemp industry with the purpose of understanding its operation and collaborating in its development in Ecuador. In early 2019, given the need to generate a common enabling front that Ecuador is open to a responsible and sustainable hemp industry,he joined with other industry insiders for the creation of the Ecuadorian Association of Cannabis Medicinal and Industrial – EcuaCáñamo.
