Todd began his career in New York City in 2004 where he spent 10 years working for MTV Networks in the Music & Talent Department.  As a Senior Manager of Music Programming & Content Acquisition, he oversaw multiple TV shows (MTV Clubland, Sucker Free Countdown) and made connections and friends throughout the music industry. He then briefly transitioned to the NYC startup scene where he grew as a digital marketer and eventually made the move out to Denver, Colorado to work in the winter sports industry at Vail Resorts. While at Vail Resorts he became the digital marketing lead for the entire retail division and drove exponential growth for rentskis.com.
 
Towards the end of his career at Vail Resorts, he was offered a Director of Marketing role at the second largest dispensary chain in the state. After jumping into the cannabis industry in 2018, he was shocked to discover the number of marketing decisions that were made without the consideration of ROI and the lack of advanced marketing tools that were available to the industry.
